This 12,000 sq. ft. private luxury villa spans 2 levels with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Nestled within the #1-ranked Punta Espada Golf Course, Villa Yarari 17 is secluded for maximum privacy. It’s one of the most breathtaking and beautifully decorated vacation rentals in the area, offering lavish accommodations in one of the most exclusive gated communities. The villa blends contemporary elegance with Caribbean charm.
The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, and closet. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, while three are upstairs with vaulted ceilings for a spacious, airy feel.
Villa Yarari 17 boasts a fantastic pool and jacuzzi, surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers. Relax or dine in the exclusive palapa (covered rooftop terrace), complete with a lounge area, sofa, and a 12-person dining table. Enjoy drinks at the terrace’s small bar, all enveloped by lush tropical gardens for total privacy. The pool and garden areas are perfect for quality time with family and friends.

Ground Floor:
As you step through the grand double doors, Villa Yarari 17 reveals itself as a magical oasis—a harmonious blend of opulent indoor and outdoor spaces, where Caribbean breezes, natural wood, stone, and water elements welcome you to your private paradise.
An indoor pond encircling the striking wooden staircase divides the home and leads upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms. The two ground-floor bedrooms each feature a king bed, TV, air conditioning, closet, and private bathroom (with shower and tub). Every room is exquisitely decorated with unique style.
The spacious kitchen includes an island with ample workspace and direct access to a small terrace—ideal for morning coffee and breakfast.
The living room and formal dining room (seating 12) are separate areas. The living room is a vibrant space with tropical accents, featuring a large sofa, entertainment area, TV, stereo, and a 6-person dining table. You can close the room for air-conditioned comfort or open the doors to let in the ocean breeze.
Outside, the pool area includes a private pool (with a shallow kids’ section) and jacuzzi—perfect for casual lunches and poolside relaxation.
Upper Floor:
The three upstairs bedrooms include:
